Create an Attitude of Gratitude

This holiday season is exciting to me as My oldest son and his lovely wife are here to celebrate with us.  They  inspire me with ideas of thankfulness.  One idea to teach gratitude is to be truly thankful for family, friends and the support a classroom can give.  Ideas as asking the child what he is thankful for this Thanksgiving and writing it on the board to share with others.  Somehow this brings about an atmosphere where the children grow in strength and social grace to one another and secure within themselves.
